FinishedBoreSprocketManufacturs OND conveyor chain sprocket is manufactured by milling technology of the machine center, hobbing technology of CNC hobbing machine. The conveyor chain sprockets is special designed to reach smooth movement. OND conveyor chain sprockets can be divided into three types, type A, type B, and type C. Type A conveyor chain sprocket is plate wheel sprocket, type B conveyor chain sprocket is sprocket gear with one side hub, type C conveyor chain sprocket is sprocket wheel with two sided hub. If high strength and high wear resistance is needed, the sprocket teeth can be heat treated. OND conveyor chain sprocket can be made of brass, C45 steel, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316. Surface treatment can be zinc, black oxide. Heat treatment including teeth hardened, high frequency, quenching.
